In 2010 Kinghorn purchased the second offset printing machine and the first machine knife, which greatly boosted productivity. In the same year, the foreign trade department was founded to serve clients from abroad. With high-quality printed material and satisfied clients, our company quickly developed in both size and reputation.
Before 2011, Kinghorn operated its manufacturing in a plant shared with other companies. In 2011, however, Kinghorn was able to build its own factory covering an area of 3,500 square meters.
At the same time, the number of our staff members rose to 40. With the ERP system, all departments were getting things done in a specialized manner.
Kinghorn introduced its first 2-color printing machine and gradually caught up with its competitors in terms of facilities and equipment.
Going for the 4-color printing machine, Kinghorn invested heavily in buying the most advanced printing machine in the world—Heidelberg Speed Master. This machine helped Kinghorn outweigh competition in both production speed and printing quality, elevating Kinghorn to an unbeatable position within the industry.
In the same year, Kinghorn passed the ISO9001 certification.
For protecting its clients’ IP and shortening the response time, Kinghorn equipped itself with the modern platemaking system, along with the waste water disposal system.
We purchased the folding and gluing machines as well. We passed the CE certification in 2014 with a modernized plant.
